This year is our second year building and researching for Lego League competition. This is an international competition. We would begin competing on a local (in Leominster Mass on Saturday, November 8th) and possibly progress to state, regional, national and even international competition. This is more than simply robot building. We will be required to solve and scientific problem as well. Some team members might not work on the robot. We need students willing to build Lego stations, work on research and making a presentation or other tasks(listed above). All areas are very important in contributing to the teams success.

Our kick off meeting was Sepetmber 3rd. More information will be posted here as well as distributed at out Wednesday meetings. As time draws closer to the November 8th date, we will undoubtedly need to meet more often.

Be aware that we will only be allowed 10 students to represent us at competition. I should hope that more participants will be allowed to come to competition, but members contributing the most and willing to extended a helping hand where needed, will be selected to represent our team and school.

Please see Mr. Kolakowski or Mrs. Sullivan if you are interested in joining.  The club usually begins the first week of November and runs through the spring.
