Mechanics Cooperative Bank (posted 11/13/25)
Mechanics Cooperative Bank will award annual college scholarships from $500-$1,500 to selected high school seniors.

The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship (posted 11/15/25)
The Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarship Fund offers renewable, four-year scholarships to students with financial need who display academic achievement, a commitment to serving others, and a strong work ethic.

Swansea Fire Company 1 Scholarship (posted 2/17/26)
The Swansea Fire Company 1 Scholarship is available to any senior planning to attend an accredited college/university. You don't need to be a firefighter or related to a Swansea firefighter to be eligible for the $1,000.00 scholarship.

Paul Summers Memorial Athletic Scholarship (posted 2/18/26)
Paul was a graduate of Joseph Case High School (Class of 1961), where he played football, basketball, and baseball. He was elected to the initial class of the Case High Athletic Hall of Fame. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Rhode Island, where he played football and baseball. He holds the URI record in baseball for pitching a complete 14-inning victory over Springfield College in 1965.
Paul was a member of the Swansea American Legion Post 303 for over 50 years, where he served as Historian and Sergeant of Arms. He was a member of the Lance Corporal John J. Van Gyzen Marine Corps Post Detachment 1285, where he was the Librarian.

The Stony Brook Camera Club will award up to three scholarships of up to $500 each this year to deserving high school seniors who are planning to pursue photography or a related field through higher education.

BrightBridge Credit Union (posted 2/18/26)
Graduating seniors from high schools within the credit union's field of membership who plan to attend a certificate program, two-year college, or four-year college are eligible to apply. Membership with BrightBridge Credit or a connection to a member is not required.

The Massachusetts Broadcasters Association Scholarship (posted 2/18/26)
To apply for this scholarship, a student must be a Massachusetts resident with a declared major in a broadcast-related field and be enrolled or plan to enroll at an accredited two or four-year school.

Massachusetts Association of Insurance Women, Inc Scholarship (posted 2/20/26)
One $1,000 scholarship is available to qualifying students. All graduating seniors applying for enrollment to a four-year institution who live in or attend high school in Bristol County are eligible.

Greater Southeastern Massachusetts Labor Council/AFL-CIO (posted 2/20/26)
The GSMLC gives out at least three $1,000 scholarships each year. These are available to high school seniors living in Southeastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod, and the Islands, and have a parent, legal guardian, aunt, uncle, or grandparent, or are themselves, a members of a labor union affiliated with the Greater Southeastern Massachusetts Labor Council. The most important element of the selection criteria is the essay, followed by the student’s grades.
