The Francelo Lazaro Charitable Foundation (FLCF) Scholarship (posted 4/13/26)
This Annual Scholarship seeks to identify students who excel and have the potential to make significant contributions to society in the medical, fashion, and performing arts) fields. Applicants must be accepted into or currently attending a full-time or part-time (4 credit minimum) program from an accredited institution, junior community college, or vocational school, be in good academic standing, show leadership potential, and make an impact on their communities.
